Today, I went to DMV in Irvine. Met a Vietnamese woman. She is 44. But she had no teeth when she smiled. She has been in this country for over 10 years, lived in the same apartment for 10 years and doesn't remember her address. She was stopped by the police when she was just getting out from work. In her native Vietnamese language, she told me that she got out, make a left turn when she saw the police with the light on. At that time, she was approaching the green light, then she passed the green light first, then pulled over. But she thought that she had made no mistake, and it was the reason why when police man asked for her registration and insurance, she did not want to show him. She was sent to DMV safety office after the incident. Got the letter, did not read, and forgot it, since March, and now, in November, she came again to DMV (she said she needed some time to forget the incident to help her calm down) to go to apply for her driver licence back. My question is: how many years do we live to waste 8 months to calm down after that kind of incident!!!
